I am writing this literally hours after thumping defeat at the hands of Barcelona, who really got more than they deserved but they did deserve the three points. Just not with a 3-0 scoreline. This is not a match analysis, there are far too many better people to do that. This post is more to get over the defeat than anything else.  As this result might have knocked the wind out of most of us(Real Madrid) fans, but it should not be enough to ruin the historic year that we have had, in which we won a historic 5 trophies . In my recent memory I can't remember any day besides 18th October, 2017 that I felt pure joy, just the happiness that is kind of infectious, you know the kind that stays with you for upcoming days, weeks, and months, like the kind I felt after Real Madrid won the 10th Champions League, the kind that is just infinite that keeps you on a perennial high for a long time. Last week I was visiting my brother in Bangalore, originally we had planed to leave for Coorg on the weekend but after looking at the current events happening in Bangalore and finding out that Comic Con was also the same weekend, I asked him to delay the trip for a day so I can attend the Comic Con for a day. Welcome! This was my first visit to any Comic Con, and what had me a bit concerned was the fact that I was going alone, and generally atleast where I live it is considered crazy to go anywhere alone, people even want to visit the washrooms in groups!
